Nuxie's got new biznatch cardz. got me some killian's Irish Red, no one's called to ask me to do anything this weekend, but I'm taking Nux, kids and dogs to Portland for OMSI and Stumptown Comix Fest per their 4 day weekend. Missing Dave Snyder's birthday partay at Luckey's, for which Soothesayers recorded a version of CHILDREN OF THE GRAVE, but no one exactly invited me anyways, and I won't be missed.

Nux is making more clothes and trying to move away from the crochet hats that have been her signature item. She's making lots of little girly dresses and they're available at www.nuxiemade.com.

Soothesayers bailed out on the LAST BAND STANDING, because no one really wanted to do it except Tim- but we'll be playing 4/22 at the WOW Hall for a memorial for one of Tim's pals. Davy Jones Locker Combo plays 4/20 at Kowloon's with Free Beard & Pirate Radio.

New episode of ROCKSHOP PODCAST is up, but I feel like I barely participated in that one... it features PROTEST THE HERO and Todd Jihad was the impetus behind that as he is a rabid fan of theirs.

RADIO EDIT:
yeah, rumor has it Dave's party was fairly off the hook. The compilation CD was rilly good, tho I wasn't given a copy, I'm sure I can walk across the ST to Dan's casa and pick 1 up. the nar nar part was that a portland Metal/Grunge group called RED FANG played at the Luckey's show ( around the corner from Dave's suprise party ) and I couldn't get a moments peace w/o someone or other saying how their face got melted by this RED FANG, Colin txt'd me to go, but i were in Portland w/ Nux JP & San for Stumptown Comics Fest, and lots of swimming at a clean hotel pool, workout room and steam bath: GOD I got fat. I'm at my heaviest weight ever. Not rilly diggin it, so I guess I'd better get back on the bike.

as you were.
