yes, I'm participating in a fun run this coming Saturday with some work peeps. I think our team is called the thundering ninjas? anyways, its a good excuse to quit smoking for a while...
I did work out, having joined the 'anytime fitness'. I can show up there at midnight, and pretty much have the place to myself, which is ideal for me.
