I had just returned from ALC 2008

The Soothesayers played at the Ninkasi stage, shortly after HOT FOR CHOCOLATE.  I think I was wearing my ALC t shirt.

I was kind of wandering around with Samantha and Jenn Drake, and somehow, I got my hand on Jenn's butt.  She might have smacked it away once, and I kept pinching it 

This led to shenanians.  Soon we were making out in the dark on 4th avenue and madison,

I think the Eugene Celebration (9/11/08) was shortly after that, and Jenn took me to her office at 576 Olive St. then we got in her volvo and drove to the train station parking lot and made out a bit.

That is where I first made the declaration of 'fuck quilt' and i deserve to be happy, along with plenty of "where have you been all my life's" from both sides.

 

Some attempts were made to consummate, and that was rocky at first, including a trip to the portion of Ridgecrest trail off of Dillard Rd, where we wrassled under a tree and JD got poison oak, which she seems to be a magnet for....

 

Things had to be fairly booming for me to be able to ditch a day of work, a Friday, the same time Melissa was having her last day of work at OML.  Jenn drove me to Mary's Peak, and then circuitously homeward, she taking longer and longer at each stop, not wanting the day to end.

But I had to meet Melissa , and we took Santina to the mall for trick or treating. I can't remember the name of melissa's friend who met us there....

The Soothesayers played a gig that night

I wound up at a party with Jen and Chris, and I started making out with a random stranger
