fredxmertzI checked out a rental on Seavey Loop, near Mount Pisgah. The land owner appeared to be kind of a flake, he increased the rent amount from what he had written in the ad.
It was a one bedroom bungalow, with NO INDOOR TOILET. the ad said rent was $580/month, which I would have considered. but when I got there, the guy said rent was $950/month, and the rent would go up by another $100 when the indoor toilet was finished. no kitchen.
So, that did not work out.
my backup has always been to purchase a travel trailer and live onsite at the broom shop for a few months while I find a more stable, agreeable place to rent.
I will sign the closing papers today, and plan to be out of this house in e a few days.
