Hanging around In L.A. area, Labor Day

fredxmertzI'm in Redondo Beach. I hung out with an old pal yesterday morning and went to a swap meet at Harbor College. I was looking for some cheap DJ equipment for the 9/22 event with Pirate Radio at Doc's Pad.
Then my friend Steve King stopped by, we went to Hermosa Beach and took around flyers for the So Cal Hoedown. (socalhoedown.com)
I stayed over at Steve's place in Long Beach, and we watched Monty Python and 'The Righteous Gemstones' with Danny McBride and Adam Devine.
we had a breakfast at the Park Pantry on Broadway in Long Beach.
I'm going to rest up today, and drive tomorrow, I might just drive straight through, 13 hours or so.
