fredxmertzDoug returns from Arizona today, and only has one week left before he moves out.
I would totally not mind pro-rating him a few days, in order to get him out sooner.
my new tenant will start some painting in the converted garage tomorrow, and seems like a much more pleasant house-mate. She values privacy, and seems very professional. She has a miniature schauzer that I haven't met yet, but I get a good vibe anyways. She's allergic to cats, which means, she will stay far from my room, and she seems pretty handy and hands-on as far as getting the room the way she wants it. Welcome Jenny!
I work a few more shifts at Garden Place this week.
I got too drunk at the show sunday, and didn't play well. I dont want that to happen again.
