I went to L.A. again April 1st, to see the D. Boon show at Sardine Pedro, and for Passover and Arnie's Birthday.



I drove straight though, 14 hours and arrived in Redondo about 2 am
I can't really afford the time off from work right now, but I needed it.
I rode my bike every day while I was down there,





I went to the L.A. river with Rich Polysorbate, and he made a film out of it.

Then, Arnie had a gigantic Passover Seder, and Birthday Party for his 77th birthday

The following day, I drove my brother Tim back up to Berkeley, and pushed through ht night to get home to Eugene
I played a gig at Territorial Winery with the Grey Dogs reggae group the following day.

I've quit drinking, but I still frequent my favorite spots, some of which are bars.... but its OK.

Michele and I went to see RENFIELD,   It was fun;y AND its about codependence and narcissism, in a way that REALLY hit home for me!



I'm doing good.
