had a great fun gig with THE GOOGINS and KISS ME DEADLY last night at Tiny Tavern, then I ran the 'dirty dash' today at 8:40 am. my co-worker prepared NINJA TURTLE costumes for the 8 participants from work. including the 2 co- program managers. There is a beer garden halfway through the obstacle course, and my boss had three beers, at approximately 9 am. but today was her day off from work, I had a ten hour shift ahead. Luckily, at the Entrance gate, there was a chiropractor offering free adjustments, you can bet I took advantage of that, but I'm actually feeling quite sore for just a 5k run.
