well, my syster and my brother didn't make it up to oregon, due tho inclement weahter. and we're not even going to portland this weekend, due to snow. but my mom and dad are here. there is a pie in the oven, yet most everyone has been eating HOT PCKETS and CHICKEN FRIES.

I got my activity calendar for the EUgene area chapter of SGI, and was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Yoko Cline, our 'mama-san', who hosted our district meetings at her place on Oak Patch. She was constantly coughing and had been a chain smoker most of her life, but she was a sweet, tough, and very active force at the KaiKon, and she will be sorely, sorely missed.
