fredxmertzNuxie and I are preparing for our trip to California and Las Vegas' 'Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend'. Her birthday (40!) in Monday, and we'll be with the flarbees doing passover seder in Redondo Beach. Wednesday we will go with my adorably pothead Sister-in-law and her significant other to Vegas, she has some insider deal through a pal of hers, of which I don't have details yet, for deluxe accomodations.
I made some brown rice smedley, beenie-weenies (turkey chili with Hebrew National 'higher authority' dogs) Nuxie is going to do hers with Fritos. mm-mm good.
Going to jam with a rolling-stones-ish band of a friend o mine in Springtucky, then record banjo portions and some guitar solos for the newly-christened annoying crapheads (o fuk i forgot) formerly Syndrome of a Down: the guys who brought you rock&roll banana. (http://www.reverbnation.com/syndromeofadowns) OK, Greg Santana & the Queens of the Civilized Age. I must say, their music is not really captivating, but they are prolific in the local Tollywood realm.
