Davy Jones' Locker Combo played at Kowloon last night. yeah we did. it was nutty. ex-co-workers in attendance were very gracious and friendly, incl Erik U who was fabulously S faced (nothing new) by the time I left. He was astonished that I play guitar (?) as I was astonished that he play drum (?)

Soothesayers are #8 on reverbnation's 'rock chart for Eugene' this don't mean dick in true reality, other than we have 'fans' that number between 1500 and 2000- I garner these 'fans' by becoming 'fan' of other bands, and it's fun, friendly, lots of good vibes go round, I get to listen to new music by bands I've never heard of, generate some leads for podcast interviews and junk.

Podcasting... well, podcasting... I've not done anything expecially exciting in that realm. My first episode was exciting to me because of the potential of the Springfield all ages/no alcohol, punk/hardcore venue being opened up by PirateX/AdamRoo, which took about two months to fizzle.
