Flaming Lips tribute that was scheduled for tonight, not happening. major scheduling SNAFU insured that we only got 2 practices, only one of which I was at, but all I really had to worry about was the Intro to YOSHIMII and the PINK ROBOTS... so if anybody's headed down to the New Zone Gallery, I'll be there for a little while at 6, then probly boop over to Diablo's to check out my MAN OVERBOARD alumni with their (somehwat) new (replacement for me) bass player. I bet he plays bass better than me, AND I've heard he gets NAKED at ALL their shows. also appearing is Chervona from Portland, who are great and my 'neighbors-down-the-street' band the Volifonix.

meantime, I'm a have me some Matzo Ball Soup.

january 3rd, Soothesayers play at Sam Bonds to protest and raise money for more protest of the Biofuel "Greenwash" plant proposed in Eugene.

also, I am a poop head. I went to Diablo's early and didnt have the wear with all to hang out. Diablo's truly bites the big green donkey dong.

The museum curator at New Zone Gallery totally bro'd me out with some APPLE PIE moonshine, it was very tasty, not too strong for 'shine but rill good stuff.

None o them pirates came by the glass school show Friday either, or the Puds show at ASTORIA! and those were free. You know I miss them goombas, but they never call, so its a little hard to feel the love there.

yaya. I was out too, ya know, and by the time I got there it was not icy at all. You are indeed a poop head. Cuz I went to one of your shows, but you didn't go to one of mine yet. Or hang out at the Diablo's show with me. But it's okay. I had a really good time dancing and taking pictures, and was even served by the bar tenders, which is a small miracle. The bartenders there truly do slack. I had me some moonshine at Sea Dog Nights last July. It was disgusting stuff. I'll stick to my Irish Whiskey, thankyouvermuch.
