Soothesayers are playing at Tiny Tavern, Puddletown Paddys (trio) probably playing as opening band, about 9 pm.

this is potentially a kind of big deal for me since I'm plying in both groups. Our bass player has done this before with Jimmy Olsen Band opening for the Soothesayers (and vice versa several times), and I know our keyboard player, Jenn has done this with Hot For Chocolate playing Whiteaker block party on the Ninkasi stage right before Soothesayers.

but its my 1st time getting to play 'rock star': I could sure use some extra mojo if anyone wants to send it my way. I'd like to have an anthusiatic crowd, so please come on down and bring a pal with ya, its gona rule.

then I got to thinking, it's only tiny tavern. it really is tiny, but I think (hope) some important people might be there. listening. to me.
