Flogging Molly, Portland 12/5 - (sigh) this show was NOT worth $60.

Soothesayers, Sam Bond's 12/7 - this show WAS worth $60 easily. Thx to Marrietta, Sam Bond's, The Costars.

Today, Toilet's backed up, Washing Machine can't drain, can't wash the dishes, we are living in filth. Showers kept to 3 minutes or less.

Ugh.

Jackie and Waffles are getting along pretty well, and I love having my kitty back in the house, at least a few hours a day. He still wont drink outa Waffles' water bowl.

There's a rumor Flogging Molly are going to be in Japan in the Spring. I still haven't seen them live so if I can I really want to go... Hopefully they will tour with someone I know so I can afford it :(

and hence Nathen's phone # (didnt think to check phone records from last September & who knows if he's got the same ph# anyway). but this is the 1st time I've seen FM without getting to hangout w/ him before or after the show. Unf some FM fans are huge dingletwats and zero show ettiquete (it was all ages)

DAMN KIDS!

Also, some of the new songs don't sound as strong to me as the DRUNKEN LULLABIES and SWAGGER material.
They'd been on the bus for 12 hours, Seattle was flooded and Interstate 5 was closed.
Dave remarked how silly they got on the bus, and the line of the evening was 'Irishmen shouldn't drink vodka'

tickets were about $30 each!

Hiro just told me The Cherry Coke$ are going to tour in the US with Flogging Molly ... I don't know the specifics but I'll be sure to let you know when I do ^^
