fredxmertzI hurt the crap out of my knee at kickboxing last night...
I hope it heals fast, I have a nature hike to lead "American Girls" on
Saturday (any ideas for an easy hike in/around Eugene with native plants, medicinal plants AND edible plants nearby?) (NO, not Magic mushrooms!)
and then, by crikey, I DO have this 500 mile bike ride I'm training for in June....
