JOE LIEBERMAN IS A BUTTWAD

DemocracyNow broadcast from Medford, OR this morning. AMy Goodman did a presentation at Eugene's WOW Hall, reading from her book: 'Breaking the Sound Barrier' . Unf I wasn't there, due to work, but I'm sure it was epic. I pretty much worship her and her brother David, they are great reporters, and I've been a faithful DN! listener for many years.

LIeberman is threatening to Filibuster any health care bill that includes a public option, yet the Democrats still allow him to be chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee. They should fire his worthless ass from that job and censure him for being a 'pimple on the butt of progress'. Better still, he should be punished by Uncle Smedley's 'Vhorpal Shuriken of Justice', thereby ridding him of 10 pounds of unsightly fat ( yas, that's be his head )

11 songs in 11 days by FredXMertz, was a learning experience. I only got about 9 songs out, partly due to technical difficulties, and partly due to my insanely busy... eh, no one will buy that... but somehow, I'd be camped in front of a webcam at 2 minutes to midnite, trying to belt out something decent...... well fart, maybe I'll do 12 songs in 12 days for December. WTF! right?

I think the one that turned out most popular was my slide guitar version of 'See that My Grave is Kept Clean' so, I'm just gona stick with morbid gothic blues from here on out.

Come out and see the Soothesayers 12/5 at Oak Street Speakeasy!!! You know you want to!!!

Your Buttwad buddy is at it again!!!!! From Move-On:

Sen. Lieberman has been one of the biggest obstacles to real health care reform with a public option all year. But over the past two weeks, he's taken it to a dangerous new level.

First, he demanded that the public option be removed from the bill. Then, last night, he killed an expansion of Medicare—an idea that he himself championed just three months ago and that was added to the bill specifically to satisfy him.

He's shown that he can't be reasoned with. Most of all, Joe Lieberman can't be allowed to stay in the U.S. Senate.

Connecticut is a solidly blue state, going 60% for Obama in 2008. Polls in Connecticut show he's in trouble. Thirty percent of Lieberman voters in 2006 said they would not vote for him again, and, in another poll, he trailed one possible Democratic opponent by a whopping 44 points.

Vote that bastard out! Lets go to Connecticut and start a mutiny!!!!!!!

Fart on, and I await more of the 11 songs....;)
